To protect paid access, enforce license terms, and prevent account abuse, we record login IP addresses and monitor recent active IP usage associated with your account.
If you do not have an unexpired paid subscription, you may delete your account at any time through your account settings. If you still have an unexpired paid subscription, contact support@vantaviz.com to terminate your account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use VantaViz software and services.

Unless otherwise specified, all prices are listed in USD and do not include taxes. Additional taxes or fees may be charged in your region or country, and the final amount will be shown on the payment page. We reserve the right to change pricing for existing subscribers, but we will provide advance notice.
We accept payments through our designated third-party payment service providers. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge applicable fees through our payment processors.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current rate.
Prices do not include applicable taxes. Any taxes or fees charged in your region or country will be shown on the payment page.
We offer a 15-day refund policy for paid plan subscriptions. You may request a refund within 15 days of your purchase, and the refund amount will be calculated based on the remaining unused subscription period. If you have special circumstances, you may also contact us to discuss your request.

We will review your refund request within 5 business days. If your refund is approved, we will submit it to our payment service provider for processing. The time for the funds to reach your account may vary depending on the provider and your bank—please allow for this.
The time required to process a refund does not change the refund amount you are entitled to receive. If a refund is unusually delayed, contact support@vantaviz.com for assistance.
Please note that taxes and similar government charges paid in connection with your purchase are not refundable by us. The maximum refund we may issue is limited to the tax-exclusive portion of the applicable subscription fees (the amount before taxes).
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:
All content, features, and functionality of VantaViz, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and design, are the exclusive property of Hangzhou Lake Snow Technology Co., Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to the data you process using VantaViz. However, visualizations and charts created using VantaViz are subject to the following usage restrictions based on your subscription plan:
We claim no ownership over your data, but the visualizations you create are subject to the license restrictions of your subscription plan.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about VantaViz, you grant us the right to use them without compensation or attribution.

If we detect abnormal or abusive activity, we may limit access, freeze an account, block an IP address, suspend a subscription, or terminate the account. For paid accounts that are banned or frozen due to violations, any refund will be determined based on actual usage, billing history, and the severity of the violation.
VantaViz is built on a privacy-first architecture where all data preprocessing and visualization happens locally on your device. The data you use for visualization never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to share or export it.
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

If we can't resolve the dispute informally, any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except as modified by these Terms.
You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only, and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action.
Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to prevent infringement of intellectual property rights.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and VantaViz regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements.
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms or our rights and obligations without restriction.
